Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you.

We are unable to accept returns or exchange on any products unless it is a damaged product. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. If damaged, we request to return within 2 working days. For returns please contact us at payalbansalcouture@gmail.com.

Cancellations:

Please note that cancellation of the Customer’s order is not accepted once the order is received.
