COLORS

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

Payalbansalcouture will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from Payalbansalcouture store, the outfit will remain with Payalbansalcouture store until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Payalbansalcouture will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, Payalbansalcouture will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.

Cancellations

Please note that cancellation of the Customer’s order is not accepted once the order is received.
